Parañaque PI & PII

The house came from one of our guests. We expanded the original house to came up with 2 bedrooms, size 5m x 5m each. It has a fantastic view of Mt. San Cristobal and Mt. Banahaw.  Meant for our personal use, it has a dining area and kitchen which we scrapped for the living room when we decided to live in the Calauag House.

For lovers of mother nature, sleeping with all the windows open is a wonderful treat. Watch the moon and wake up to the sounds of the birds.

The first room, P1, has a queen-size bed and the second, P2, with a king-size bed.

P1 and P2 has to be rented together.  It has a living/dining room between the rooms.  Each room is 27.5 sqm.  The common area is 24 sqm.  The rate of 13,200++ is good for 4 persons with breakfast.  An additional 4 persons can be accommodated in the 2 rooms for a total of 8 occupants.  The charge for the extra persons is 1,320++ each, breakfast included.
